Where Do I Park?
All parking is street parking available on both sides of Floral Ave. as well as side streets
Where Do I Enter?
The Volunteer Celebration will take place in the new gym/multipurpose space, the squared off building section with a front porch on the north side of the facility (or the building section on the LEFT if you are standing on Floral Ave facing New City). Enter through the set of doors up the new steps in between the multipurpose space and the sanctuary. We will have a sign up to direct you. The entry to the event room is immediately to the LEFT when you enter the building.
What’s the Order of the Evening?
4:00 PM - Mingle, Appetizers, Drinks, Games (Corn Hole & Kids Games) + Funny Photo Booth
4:30 PM - Evening Program
Welcome Address
Minute To Win It Games
Volunteer Team Thank Yous
5:10 PM - Dinner - Catered by Southern Grace Eats
6:30 PM - Event Concludes & Cleanup Begins
What Should I Know Re: Kids
We can’t wait to welcome kids of all ages to this event and have planned intentionally to include them. We will have juice boxes & water available for drinks, chicken tenders for kids as a part of dinner, and desserts. Our “evening program” will include games involving kids and kids/parents. We will have some kids games set up in the room as well as a funny photo booth with props for you and your kids to take pictures. The room is much more contained than last year so it will be large enough for kids to run around but remain visible at all times.
