Serve | In the Church
Sundays at The Mission are not a spectator sport! It takes a village to lead a worship service which is why we invite all of our members and regular attenders at the Mission to serve with us as a part of one of our Hospitality Teams, Worship Assistance, Music, A/V Teams, and Children & Youth.
Interested in serving with us on Sundays? Take a moment to fill out the serving interest form and someone from our team will be in touch!
Serve | In the City
As followers of Jesus, we pray “Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven” and then we seek to go into our world, joining God in the ways He is revealing His Kingdom in our city, country, and world. We love our city and we believe God has called us to pray for our city and to seek its welfare. Members of The Mission are actively involved in serving with numerous community ministry partners throughout the city. We also partner with our host church, who provides weekly meals to our community, has a small food pantry, and seeks to bless our community in other ways, whether that is by providing fans to people during the months of extreme heat or building a fire pit for Norwood high school students to enjoy.
SOME OF OUR CITY PARTNERS WHERE OUR MEMBERS SERVE:
Serve | In the World
We love our world, and as Anglicans we are connected to a large family of believers spread across our country and world. Thus, we regularly pray for and seek connections with our brothers and sisters across the globe who are sharing the Gospel both in word and deed. Currently, our church supports two missionaries, and both our pastors, as well as a number of our congregants, have spent time in short-term and long-term missions.
